The Monell Centre
The Monell Centre is the world’s only independent, non-profit scientific institute dedicated to interdisciplinary basic research on the senses of taste and smell.
At the Monell Center, scientists from many disciplines work together to focus on understanding the mechanisms and functions of taste and smell and define the broad significance of these senses in human health and disease.
Kerry is a member of this institute and actively participates in their research programmes related to taste.
Society of Flavor Chemists
The Society of Flavor Chemists is a not for profit organisation devoted to the advancement of the field of flavour technology and related sciences by:
- Encouraging the exchange of ideas and personal contacts and
- Sponsoring and conducting meetings, lectures and symposia
FEMA (Flavor & Extracts Manufacturers Association)
Since its foundation in 1909, FEMA has served the interests of member organisations through setting formula standards, advocating for policies that positively impact the food and flavour industry, and effectively representing members’ interests at home and abroad. Today, their expansive membership contributes to the research, development, and marketing of products enjoyed by millions of people around the world.
